Alert Visitor Hosts via Text

Visitor Management customers can now set up SMS (text) notifications for hosts when their guest checks-in. To setup this feature:

1. Users must have a US-based phone number saved on their user profile (please reach out to your CSM if you'd like other country phone numbers to be supported!)

2. SMS must be enabled on their notification preferences (Settings > Notifications > Visitor Management).

This feature is available to clients on the Scale or Enterprise plan. You can learn more about text message alerts for visitor hosts here!
